The application of fermentation technology for glutamine acid and nucleotide helps customers to have a good appetite thanks to the Umami flavor of MSG. Based on that application, we have developed and marketed the best and safest products such as soy sauce, fish sauce, mixed spice, Miwon frying mix and so on that have won customers’ preference and trust.
  With modern equipment, advanced techniques, especially close cooperation with Research Center of Daesang-Korea, Research and Vietnam Development Department has constantly explored and studied new ingredients and products, completed existing products and optimized production process in order to build a sustainable image for the Company and gain customers’ trust.
