OXIDIZED STARCH

Oxidized starch has been widely use in the paper industry for card box adhensive. There are a lot of different oxidized starch with water durability and flexibility. The presence of carboxyl and starch group to reduce the flour molecule and stabilize the simmering starch process.

Specifications - Oxidized starch is better than other common starch because:
Flexibility: cooked in lower heat (weight of average molecule is lower).
Lower level of degeneration(thanks to the carboxyl group in the amilaza molecule-the second ingredient of starch).
Lower level of adhensive, lower probability of thickness.
Clarity level of the startch, soluble and thinness of oixidization is higher.
Utilities - High durability both inside and outside, printing ability is also better.
Can be use as a additional seasoning in other products in paper manufacturing technology,optical brightness and waterproofing agents.
Long-term stability and ability to maintain these attributes during the printing process.
Usage:
Measure surface(pressed paper surface sizing).
Coat pressed membrane surface adhensive paper or coated membrane kaolin.
Package: 600kg, 800Kg, 850kg.
