Fried seafood rolled in Miwon frying mix

Ingredients Fresh Mayonnaise sauce 400g of squid tubes 100g of Miwon frying mix 100g of Miwon breadcrumb 1 egg Cooking oil Recipe: - Clean squids, remove guts and eye bags of squids and chop squid tubes into rings. - Put the egg in a bowl and stir it up. Pour fine frying mix into a bowl and breadcrumb into another bowl. - Roll squid rings mixed with spices in fine frying mix. Then dip them in egg and finally roll them in breadcrumb. - Put squid rings into boiling soil and fry them - Pick squid rings up from the pan and put them on a dish decorated with vegetable salad, dip them in Miwon Mayonnaise sauce. |
